A safe place to land — and a clear path forward.

Grounded healing. Clear guidance. Real support.

I help individuals and families look beyond the surface to better understand the patterns their bodies may be communicating.

Rather than chasing one symptom at a time, we look at the bigger picture — beginning with the foundations that support the body as a whole and using additional tools, including biofeedback and frequency support, when helpful.

My goal is to help you find clarity, understand where to begin, and take practical steps forward without feeling overwhelmed.

Your symptoms are only part of the story.

When something feels off, it’s easy to focus on the symptom in front of you. But the body doesn’t work in isolated pieces.

The Foundations approach helps us step back and look at the bigger picture — the everyday areas that influence how well your body adapts, regulates, restores, and responds.

Your free Foundations Assessment gives us a simple starting point by helping identify which foundational areas may deserve a closer look.

You don’t have to fix everything at once. We just need to know where to begin.

You found your starting point. Now what?

Your assessment is not about labeling what is “wrong.” It gives us a place to begin.

From there, we can look more closely at the patterns showing up for you, decide what deserves attention first, and choose the level of support that makes sense for you.

01 — Discover
We begin with what your body is communicating — your Foundations Assessment, your current concerns, and the patterns you’ve been noticing.

02 — Look Deeper
When helpful, we can use additional tools such as biofeedback scanning and other holistic assessments to explore patterns from another perspective.

03 — Create Your Path
Together, we turn what we uncover into practical next steps designed to support greater balance without trying to change everything at once.

There is no one-size-fits-all path.
Your next step depends on what your

bigger picture reveals.

This work started at home.

Long before Love Life As A Whole became a practice, I was a mom looking for ways to better understand and support my own family.

Raising two sons with very different needs taught me that there is rarely one answer, one tool, or one path that fits everyone. It taught me to look deeper, pay attention to patterns, and keep asking what might be underneath what I could see on the surface.

That journey eventually led me into holistic healing, bioenergetics, and the whole-body approach I use today.
